Martyn Mensah
Martyn Mensah is the Executive Director of StratAfrique. He has over 15 years Management Consulting experience, with Strategic Planning being his special passion. He possesses specialist knowledge in strategic visioning, strategy formulation, value planning, strategy mapping/communication, strategy implementation, change integration and project management.

Franklin Ansah-Antwi
Franklin is the Managing Partner of the StratAfrique hub in Ghana. His expertise is in the facilitation of Organization Development interventions. This is complemented by his keen focus on developing programs that influence system-wide effectiveness. Franklin has supported several organizations to define and successfully execute their strategic plans and has also facilitated various training programs using StratAfrique’s experiential learning model.

Sefakor Lassey
Sefakor has significant experience in the development of corporate strategy roadmaps and supporting their implementation through Human Capital Development interventions. Sefakor takes responsibility for Research and Development and continuous improvement of StratAfrique’s unique consulting approach and product offering.
