Martyn Mensah the Executive Director of StratAfrique operations. He possesses specialist knowledge in strategic visioning, strategy formulation, value planning, strategy mapping/communication, strategy implementation, change integration and project management. Typically, he is engaged by executive leadership to provide strategic advice, to facilitate the internal process of strategy development and to coach/support divisional and line heads in executing corporate strategy. In the recent past, he has been involved in a number of major consulting assignments, mainly leading interventions in the areas of Corporate Strategy advice and development, Organizational Re-engineering, Operational Efficiency Improvement and Change and Merger Management. Martyn is an engineer by training, and is a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (U.K). He has a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University of Bath, U.K., and an MBA from Imperial College, University of London.

Franklin Ansah-Antwi

Franklin Ansah-Antwi heads StratAfrique's team in Ghana. His expertise is in the facilitation of organization development and selected capacity building interventions. This role is complemented by a keen focus on Strategic Planning, where he has supported several organizations to define and implement their strategic choices for future success. He has significant management consulting experience in Business Development Support activities, business process re-engineering and change management. He has a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Resource Development, as well as Spanish from the University of Ghana. He is currently completing an MA in Organizational Development

Nana Akua Anyidoho |

Nana Akua Anyidoho is a policy communication expert. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Ghana, and a PhD in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University ( U.S.). Her research focuses on policy articulation and interpretation in developing countries. She is a research fellow at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (University of Ghana ) and is involved with varied projects including the Ghana Land Policy Reform Project and the Organizational Identity Project. Other key engagements include the design and facilitation of training programmes, as well as the development and communication of organisational strategy at all levels.
