The outcome of the c@ps workshop is a simple readily implementable strategy documents which can also be cascaded throughout the organisation from top strategy; to annual team plans; to individual plans and performance criteria. This holistic approach involves all the people in the organisation. This enables them to realise the contribution they are making to the achievement of the vision.

ec@ps is an online monitoring and evaluation component to the process; that keeps track of progress towards deliverables set out in the strategic plan. Strat Afrique is trained and accredited to use c@ps and ec@ps strategy solutions.
